The Certificate of Transformational Leadership is offered in partnership with Alaska Pacific University. Earn up to 9 CEU's or 6 Credits. This is your opportunity to invest in your leadership potential. This proven program will:

- 15 total days of workshops
- 360 degree Leadership Practices Inventory
- Receive CEU's or Credit through Alaska Pacific University
- Courses include facilitated discussion, lecture, group work and personal reflection
- Participants will be guided in the process of finding a personal mentor or coach
- Course content is practical and applicable to your personal situation
- Personal growth and change that can be applied both professionally and personally

The application process is competitive. The cohort size is limited. Our goal is to support leaders who have demonstrated a desire to serve and benefit their communities. Applicants will be evaluated on their history of serving through leadership. We will consider the applicant's current position and place of influence but are more interested in your history of leading growth and change in others. We will work to create a cohort that is diverse and can provide a rich learning experience for one another.
