Mediation

Mediation is a powerfully effective process for resolving conflict. In mediation, a neutral mediator assists two or more conflicted parties to communicate and reach an agreement.

Mediation has been proven to achieve more satisfactory results, for all involved, than other methods of resolving or avoiding conflict.

Conflict Facilitation

Tough conversations. Sensitive politics. Difficult decisions.

Conflict facilitation is a useful process for those seeking to make decisions or engage in important conversations in environments where there is tension, unresolved issues or open conflict.

In conflicted situations, the neutrality of the facilitator allows for a deep level of communication and exploration of the root issues. The facilitator assists a group to identify the ciritical issues they face and to craft lasting solutions.

Conflict Coaching

 Conflict Coaching is appropriate for:

  • Specific conflicts where only some parties are able or willing to seek assistance including family and workplace issues.
  • Individuals or teams who regularly experience conflict in their relationships or in the workplace, and would like to explore ways of better managing those situations.

Conflict coaching explores the skills and perspectives that best address the conflict.
