We envision communities that are creative, healthy, productive and safe. It is community leaders who make this possible. Working with these leaders is the way to create long lasting change. It requires leadership to address the roots of community and organizational challenges.

Much of our work focuses on small and remote communities, underfunded programs or struggling organizations. These leaders most often wear many hats. They may work on a fishing boat or health clinic by day; and serve as village council, church and school board leaders by night.
